The Company believes in maintaining high standards in corporate governance and disclosures. We believe that conducting business in a responsible manner is important for the sustainability of the Group’s business and performance as well as ensuring long term value for our stakeholders. Our Board of Directors monitors the effectiveness of management and regularly reviews the Group’s corporate governance practices to ensure compliance.
The Board operates according to the principles and guidelines of the Code of Corporate Governance 2012. For the employees, the Company had established an Employees’ Handbook that sets out the main principles of the conduct and business ethics including conflict of interest and abuse of position, confidentiality of information, conduct in workplace, loyalty to the Company, high standards of honesty and integrity, as well as a Whistle Blowing Policy for the employees to signal serious matters that they may be aware of.
